YUELAN 乐澜 (they/them) is a Seattle-based composer, musician and Gregory-nominated music director.
Notably, they have composed and music directed for Seattle Shakespeare's touring Wooden O production of As You Like It
and UW Drama's production of The Caucasian Chalk Circle, and music directed for Pork Filled Production’s production of Vietgone.
They also composed and music directed for Li (Seattle Public Theatre, SIS Productions, Yun Theatre),
and are the resident musician at Yun Theatre. Their self-titled band, alongside Josh Valdez and Kyle Levien,
has also performed at festivals such as Capitol Hill Block Party, Northwest Folklife, and Seattle Pridefest. yuelanmusic.com
